  • Took over the leadership of the relaunch of the Red Bull Recruitment Portal, adapting the cloud architecture, Wingfinder, and internal user-facing talent management tools to improve employee engagement, while ensuring data privacy.
  • Contributed to the back-end development in Kotlin, resulting in an improvement of the response times from an average of 3s to 200 - 150 ms, and the front-end in React, improving Lighthouse score from 14 to 83 in order to improve SEO ranking.
